Kigula Jonathan Sedrak is a Ugandan soul singer noted for his remarkable vocal range, melismatic singing style and signature use of the high register.

From church
to the world.
Early years
Jonathan began singing in church as a choir leader. His early musical foundation shaped the vocal discipline and expressive style that would later become central to his career.
2017 — 2018
In 2017 he joined an Acapella group. The project did not develop as hoped, and in 2018 he decided to focus on a solo career.
2018 — 2020
His recording journey began with the Christmas classic The Meaning of Christmas, an original inspired by the early 1950s. In 2019 he recorded his first love song, Teresa.
2021 — 2025
In 2021, Ndoota opened doors on the commercial platform. He followed with releases including Nkwegomba and Romance in 2022.
In 2023 came Nakinga, which became a fan favourite. 2024 brought Nakawunde, Mr and Mrs, Love and Disco.
In 2025 he released Nsonyi, an Afro-soul zouk classic.
2026
On 3 June 2026, Jonathan officially released his debut album, De Voice My Soul, with Nankinga and Imelda as the lead singles and fan favourites.
